5. Registration and Security

The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this agreement will be considered violated, and the account may be closed without prior notice.

The user is responsible for the security of their password and account information on the site and third-party sites. The company is not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or damage to hardware or devices.

6. Force Majeure

If the parties are unable to fulfill their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, wars, civil unrest, mobilizations, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, internet infrastructure problems, and power outages, neither party will be held liable. In such cases, the rights and obligations under this Agreement will be suspended.

7. Entirety and Applicability of the Agreement

If any part of this agreement becomes invalid, the rest of the agreement will remain in effect.

8. Changes to the Agreement

The company may change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement at any time, in whole or in part. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site. It is the user's responsibility to follow these changes. By continuing to use the services, the user accepts the changes.

9. Notifications

All notifications related to this Agreement will be sent via the company’s known email address and the user’s registered email address. The user agrees that the address provided during registration is the valid notification address and that any changes to this address will be notified in writing within 5 days. Otherwise, notifications sent to the provided address will be considered valid.

10. Evidence Agreement

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the parties' records, documents, computer records, and fax records will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the user agrees not to dispute these records.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of this Agreement will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) District.
